Many people believe abortion is right while others tend to believe it is wrong. When people have an abortion they are killing a human being or a potential human being. For some, haveing an abortion is a way to get away from their mistakes, but abortions shouls not even be an option. People should live with what they did and deal with the consequences. Therefore, abortion is wrong becuase a life is being taken.
Abortion is killing a potential being and murder is morally wrong. Murder is wrong in God's eyes and is a horrible sin. Nothing is right about killing a life. When someone does the wrong thing and gets an abortion, they have to life with the guilt of knowing they took a life. When someone kills another, they get the same in return. They are sentenced to jail for life or even death themselves. Is not killing illegal?? Then should not abortion be illegal??
Abortion is bad because people are killing something or someone. There is always another option. They can give it up for adoption but abortion is the wrong answer. Just because someone thinks their life is ruined and still want to go out and party does not mean they should take a life. Who knows, that baby could become president and do many great things, but no one will know because that person had an abortion. Do not ruin their life because someone else's life is ruined. Overall, abortion is wrong and there are ways to have the baby and still have a normal life.
Killing a life is the worst thing someone can do. Some people think it is the way to go but it is not. There is always another way to go about not keeping a baby. Can someone really live with the thought of putting a life to death? Can someone really live with the thought of killing a life? Think about it.

Abortion
Raeven Dagoberg has a good point on abortion. She makes sense in some parts of her argument, but there are also many things that are wrong with it. Not all women who have abortions are taking away a life just so that the parents can have the glory days before her pregnancy. Some of the women who have abortions deal with factors that lead them to their decision. Therefore, abortion is wrong to a certain extent.
Raeven might have mentioned some factors that lead up to abortion, but there are more important factors than what Raeven has stated. Some of these include the trauma of being raped, a handicap baby, social issues, economical issues, and medical issues dealing with the baby and mother. Some factors that Raeven has mentioned that play a part is there is usually another option. Raeven claims that “abortion is killing a potential being and murder is morally wrong.” This is true to a certain extent, not all babies are capable of living once born. A lot of babies that are not aborted will live normal lives,and others will suffer their whole lives and then die. Raeven states that “there is always another option.” Some abortion cases can come from the fetus not being able to live and the mother not surviving. In that case it should be okay for the mother to abort that baby. Medical research shows that eleven deaths to mothers per one hundredthousand pregnancies compared of induced abortion which is one or two per one hundred thousand pregnancies.
Some other factors that Raeven failed to mention are the social issues that lead to abortion. A couple of factors that affect abortion decisions are illegitimate births, children with single mothers, teen suicide, and children on welfare. One major factor of illegitimate births are when the father and the mother are not together,in which case leads to the child having a single parent. Another reason is that teen suicide went up in 1990 to 11.3%. These are not good reasons to abort a child, but these are some of the reasons that Raeven has failed to mention. Raeven also claims and I quote, “ Just because someone thinks their life is ruined and still want to go party does not mean the should take a life.” Most of the women that have abortions does not abort there child because they want to go party, but because of issues like being raped and the trauma that comes with that for the mother and the child.
Raeven is correct in which that abortion is wrong, but to a certain extent. It appears there are a lot of bad reasons why mothers abort their babies, but there are also really important decision making factors that go into aborting a baby.
